MSc Real Estate Finance

I am interested in an MSc Real Estate Finance and am considering UWE Bristol and Oxford Brookes. Any first hand advice would be very welcome. Has anyone studied at either? I would like to go into the property investment sector afterwards.

Have you considered Cambridge, Bayes and Reading courses too ? They are good.
I'm sorry, I don't know much about the 2 unis you are considering.

Hi,

I'm currently looking at Reading University for the MSc Real Estate Finance, with a hopes of pursuing a career in the field.

My undergraduate degree was in Law with Accounting & Finance from Liverpool University. I understand your admission criteria dictates an undergraduate degree in a financial/quantitative field. Do you think my degree would meet this criteria, noting it was a 75/25 split between law and accounting & finance?

I graduated in 2022 and have 2 year experience working within a construction consultancy as a cost manager.

Thanks

Good evening,

I am not 100% sure whether this undergraduate degree counts, but if you use the Ask Us a Question form, they can provide a confirmative answer for you.

Alternatively, you could contact the Admissions service, as they can advise on this.

I wish you all the best, and if you have any more questions, I am happy to help or signpost you to the correct place.

All the best,
Ella
