£134 per week

Great views of the cathedral skyline and Coventry. 2-3 minute walk to the university library and 5 minutes to the student hub while very close to bus stops as well as 5-10 minute walk to the city centre.

The accomodation comes with laundry and gym facilities as well as having pool and table tennis tables as well as a roof terrace on the 12th floor. Great accommodation and staff are very helpful at all times.

The room has been painted and skirting boards have been replaced within the last two weeks.

Hey Rebeccasophie 18 ! To sell your tenancy, you’ll need to find someone to take over your contract and get approval from Canvas Arundel House. Here’s what you can do:

1.Advertise your room – Post on student housing groups (Facebook, SpareRoom, university forums, The Student Room, etc.).
2.Contact accommodation management – Let them know you're looking for a replacement; they may have a waiting list.
3.Be clear on costs – Check if there are any admin fees or requirements for the new tenant.
4.Secure a replacement – Once you find someone, they’ll need to go through the accommodation’s process to transfer the contract.
