Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 1 room at Quay Point Newcastle. For academic year 25/26. I haven't moved in and its available for anyone to book over the phone with Quay Point directly. The flat is located at block 1, flat 011, Room 2.

Price is £160 per week. The tenancy Lasts 44 weeks.
This ensuite is an 11 minute walk from Northumbria University main campus and a 24 minute walk from Newcastle University main campus. As well as a 7 minute walk to Manors metro station for easy access around Newcastle.
If you have any questions about living in Newcastle I will more than gladly answer them to the best of my ability.
