EPQ and chatgpt

Ok, im using all today to finish my word count, polish my essay and finish citations, however throughout writing my report I have put it through chatgpt and asked it if my structure and clarity and tone was good, it would say maybe reword this sentence to make it more fluent here and there, I never used it to write paragraphs, give me angles or direct ideas or anything like that, is this ok?

Oh and btw I ran it through Zerogpt and it said my essay is human written, is this trustworthy AI checker similar to what the exam board will use or not?

I mean if you’re using it to ask it if your structure and clarity and tone was good then that is technically using it to write paragraphs in my opinion.

I would strongly advise against using ChatGPT in any of your work. There’s zero reason to be using such software unless the project is about AI/ChatGPT itself. You’re better off asking your supervisor for support where possible.

Have you checked with your supervisor and the exam board to see whether doing this is ok or not?

The fact that you’ve run the EPQ or parts of it through ChatGPT could be a risk of plagiarism or whoever marks you EPQ being able to spot that you’ve used AI as aid.

yeah thanks i will do, i kind of regret doing it now, our centers rules is if you have used Ai you must screen shot and cite it but I've ran it through so many times and because I've never explicitly taken anything from chatgpt its just said in this paragraph you tone is no longer formal , or you need to analyse this point more and then I would go off and do that on my own pretty much so it was just kinda of confusing because yes I have used AI but there's nothing really to cite
