Aquinas College, Loreto College or Xaverian College

I'm confused about chose Aquinas, Loreto or Xaverian to study Medicine in the future. Which college has like opportunities for that?
Please, I need some request!!!!!!
And in general, which college is better?

Hey, I am starting Xaverian college in September this year. I know that they are an overall good college with nice teachers who are sometimes strict. They offer a programme called MDV( which is for aspiring medics, dentists and vets) so that would probably be a place for you to think about! I know that Loreto and Aquinas are said to be really good but I haven't experienced/looked into them 2
