Anyone looking for accommodation?

Hi, is anyone looking for accommodation in Cardiff? I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Cambrian Point from now until September 12th 2025. Its a really nice ensuite room, sharing a kitchen with 4 others. Only 15 minute walk to Cardiff uni. £159 a week.

Hi! I have got an offer to study at Cardiff University and I am now considering staying at Cambrian Point but I’m quite unsure about it as some reviews say that it’s quite old (the rooms are dirty with stains etc) and the management is not very nice. Since you have stayed there before, I thought it’d be great to ask if you could provide some insight into the accommodation (room conditions, management etc) as well as surrounding the safety surrounding the area? 🥹
