UCAS Teacher Reference

Hi, I'm a Year 12 student thinking about the teacher reference segment of the application process that will arrive in a few months. I just wanted to ask if someone could briefly summarise what material it would contain (e.g. contribution in class, work ethic, achievements)???

School UCAS references will always be supportive, and they will do their best to outline the best things about you and your suitability for the course or subject that you are applying for - its nothing to worry about.

The reference is now divided into three sections :

Section 1: Provide an overview of your relationship with the applicant (mandatory)

Section 2: If applicable, enter any information about any extenuating circumstances which may have impacted the applicant's education and achievement

Section 3: Outline other supportive information specific to the applicant and relevant to the course(s) applied for that you think universities and colleges should be aware of.

Thank you. Regarding Section 1, do you think I should contribute more to show my dedication? I know that one of my teachers is the heavily involved with teacher references in our school.
