Student loan repayment

Hey. I was studying in UK, but never finished my degree, and left back to my country (EU). I own about 40k to Student finance, i anualy send them update letters, that i am supported by family member. I was studying on Plan 2
I never plan to come back to uk,
My question is. Will my loan will be written of after 30 years, or no? And if for example i will not be working or earning less then threshold, will they still ask for money? Also if i ignore them, will they take any legal action against me? (Since UK is not EU anymore i believe there is not legal action they can do against me, not even debt collector.
Any advice? Thanks
