Urgent question please

Hello someone

I’m just curious and want to ask a question. So my sfe application was rejected but after numerous of months waiting I decided to appeal PS( i haven’t heard anything from them). And went to my uni’s student service . I told them my sfe application was rejected even though I am a home student but I was given about 1554 maintenance for the year . So my uni spoke to sfe and told them I was enstranged from my parents which I had evidence and all but because I was in contact with my mother I was not accepted to be enstranged so my best option was to apply for independent status if I had the necessary evidence.*Bare in mind my indefinite leave to remain got approved in the first week of January. *Fast forward i provided the evidence for independent status and I was granted 🤪😍glory be to God i have been awarded my tuition yaaay and maintenance loan (minimum). My question now is would I get the full maintenance for the year or only this semester?

Hi Traceyy,

If you are awarded Independent status you would get it for your full course not just 1 semester.

Okay but I had the minimum sfe for the year. I had 3000
