My Original Documents

Hi,
I sent the original birth the certificates of my children( 3 in total) and my marriage certificates to the SFE as requested, this was sent to them 30/01/2025, Proof of receipt showed it was signed for on the 31/01/ 2025, today is the 24/02/2025 and I still have not got my documents back. I need this document to submit application to the Home Office. How do I get my documents back please. Thank you
