Gap year crisis about university of Leeds and Manchester

Hi, so I took a gap year after finishing my A-levels last year when I got an A*AA.
I accepted my offer at the university of Manchester and rejected my insurance choice at the University of Leeds. However as the year has gone on I am now convinced that Leeds is a better fit for me, and I do not want to go to Manchester anymore, I have already submitted my accommodation requests at this point.
Is it too late for me to pull back now ? If it isn’t, how can I work this out? Is it possible for me to contact Leeds directly with my UCAS number and achieved grades to see if they can accept me there, or will I need to go through the entire UCAS process again ? Will I just need to email Manchester to let them know I have changed my mind ?

First, think carefully about why you have changed your mind - is this really course related, or just panicking a bit about the reality of going to Uni? Could you go on a visit to both, and walk around both Uni and city to get an idea of what each actually feels like. Still feel the same?

Then you need to phone Leeds and ask if they are still accepting applications for that degree. It may be already closed in which case you have missed the bus, and your only chance now is the slim chance that the course might be in Clearing. If they will 'accept your application', you would have to phone Manc and ask them to cancel your 2025 place - and accomodation. Be very sure about this before you do it. Then you would need to apply to Leeds through UCAS and hope that they did actually make you an offer.
