provisional driving license question
I need to mention that I accidentally broke my provisional license in half. I want to know if I can glue it back together and sand it down to make it look new again. I'm going out for my brother's 21st birthday on March 4th, and I'm wondering if I can use the repaired license.

No, a broken licence card is invalid and must be replaced.

No guarantee it'll be accepted since it's now been "altered".
Order a new one ASAP - it may arrive before March 4th.
