Blood test to be done in two weeks time.
My GP wants me to get another follow up blood test for my glucose. But to clarify, 'to be done in two weeks time', does that mean I should book an appointment AFTER two weeks or DURING/BEFORE those two weeks???

To take place in two weeks time. You can make the booking whenever you like.

Although your doctor has said that they want another follow up blood test in a few weeks doesn't actually mean it's has to be two weeks after you have seen your doctor, the actual appointment will be when the GP surgery receptionist gives you it ( obviously you tell the receptionist that doctor said that you to have another blood test in two weeks and they will see what's available with the practice nurse - remember to mention it is for "GLUCOSE" ).
Make the appointment and see what date they give you.
