How to find a summer tech internship while in-between undergraduate and masters?

Hi there,

I'm currently in a sort of limbo period where I was too late to begin my master's this year, so I have to wait till September to start my program but I've also finished my undergrad. I want to do a summer internship to cover the time and gain experience but I can't find much that fits my requirements (as they are either restricted to undergrads etc). Unsure if I'm too late or if it's a niche area but any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

There are plenty of internships available for students like yourself but I would suggesting refining your searches to 'graduate internship roles' as you're classified as a graduate in between this limbo period and a lot of companies offer graduate internships specifically. Searching for general summer internships will often provide you with results tailored to second and third year undergraduate students but narrowing your search to your exact position at the moment should help provide some more opportunities.

As other ambassadors have mentioned I would recommend searching from graduate internships, as these should be more tailored to you. You could try asking for advise from your university about careers guidance and finding a internship as they should have access to a wide range of available opportunities.
