Oxford DPhil in English (all strands)

I've applied three years in a row (not very good at applying lmao) and can say it's always been end of February/early March, a few weeks later than most Cambridge decisions go out! Have you guys been in contact with prospective supervisors?

cool! 🙂 I reached out in past years, but this time I found the perfect supervisor which makes the stakes a little bit higher haha (though I'm expecting a reject - anything beyond that will be a nice surprise).

Last years I heard back on 27/2 (2024) and 4/3 (2023) btw!

you're spiralling; it genuinely doesn't mean anything yet. It's still very early to hear back. You might not have been put forward for the Ertegun if you applied for that, but you still have a shot.

I think someone in the MSt thread said all offers will be sent within this week.

for the MSt! that doesn't necessarily mean (though it could!) for everything. Still, we haven't heard yet!
