advice plz. hickeys?

So me and my boyfriend were making out and doing some other stuff in his car. While we were cuddling beforehand I very lightly sucked his neck. Didn't think it would leave a mark, normally leaving hickeys on people takes significantly more effort for me? Neither of us noticed it. He went home, took his shirt off, had a tank top under. His grandparents were around and they saw it. He was confused but eventually realized what it was. They got upset and said he should go no contact with me. His grandma is one of my bosses so she confronted me about it too. He turns 18 in 3 months. What do I do from here? I don't want to go no contact. I genuinely love him dude. What on earth do I do. What does he do?

You're severely underestimating the power these people have over you & your boyfriend. Nobody can force you to see or not see your parents, especially at your age. Go do you!

Understandable, I don't know. It's not that they're forcing us to not see our parents. They just don't want us seeing each other. Which is kind of wild to me.
