Try VIA UCAS, but also you should check how to apply for student VISA and what is required. The Gov.co.uk website is showing you all the steps I hope you know English very well in order to understand what is required, depending on your immigration status. If you navigate the website, it will tell you everything you need to know in order to be allowed to study in the UK. Also UCAS is an ONG who can help you with information as a future international student, plus, you can apply for any university in the UK with them. They are trusted . Even national students apply for UNI via UCAS. When you apply on UCAS, they will ask you for immigration status (plus level of english, diplomas already held), therefore, you need to arrange first a study VISA with the UK government, and after you have obtained all that, you will be ready to apply via UCAS. If you contact UCAS, they may help you with information for example what you need. If you visit their website and read about them, you will find a lot of useful information. Also there is a website for immigrants advice. Search that online and make sure they are official websites and collect as much as possible eligible information and gradually you will know where you stand.
