It's not really clear. There's no point that refers my situation specifically.

It does state based on a student's residency. You've mentioned you've not lived in the UK. When does your course begin? Thanks, Jason

Thanks. You would need to be living in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man for the 3 years immediately before the 1st day of the 1st academic year of your course for reasons. If you were away from the UK on a temporary break and have evidence of this then you can look to still be assessed for the funding. Thanks, Jason

Since I'm a British Citizen, I should be eligible for SFE. Even tho it's only Tuition only

No.

Thank you. You then wouldn't be eligible for the funding without having three years of residency and or your time outside the UK being a temporary one. Thanks, Jason

But I called SFE and they said I'll be eligible for SFE but it's going to be Tuition only.

Based on what you've advised you wouldn't be eligible for the funding. Thanks, Jason

Based on what you've advised you wouldn't be eligible if you're a UK national but don't have the residency or been on a temporary break. You can always look to be assessed and make an application when they go live. An assessor will review and determine your eligibility.
