I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a single room at Arthur Tattersall House, for £204/week.

Cheapest rent for a single room among all UCL/nearby student accommodations. Room is also spacious and larger than standard UCL single rooms.

Closest building and accommodation to UCL main campus in Bloomsbury, only a 2 min walk door-to-door Nearby tube stations: Euston, Euston Square, Warren Street, Goodge Street (all within 2 - 8 min walk). Lidl and Tesco are a 6 min walk away.

Move-in date & lease period: Available mid-march (flexible, I'm open to any date around this period—let me know your preferred date). Lease runs until 21 June 2025.
