Diagnostic Radiography at the University of Brighton

Is anyone doing this course or has graduated from it? I have an offer for and I'm so happy, but I know it's a fairly new programme and there's not a lot of anecdotes from current and past students. If you are/were a diagnostic radiography student at Brighton, can you let me know what the course is like? Any warnings I should know about? They gave me an offer the following day so I'm a lil surprised.

It has been approved by the HCPC so it meets their standards in terms of content, etc. The first intake was Sep 2022. You can read the 2022 report if you search for DR and Brighton using the following link:

Personally, l don't think DR, OP, and perhaps a few other professions in the NHS should be degree level requiring ones. A 2 year diploma should have sufficed. Why should a job that requires one to push a few buttons, and to place a patient into position, require 3 academic years of study? That is not knocking the job itself.

Because there is much more to the profession than pushing buttons.

You typed out a lot of words yet said nothing of substance.

And my question remains unanswered.
