I have 360 credits and no idea what to do with them

Long story short, I completed 120 credits to obtain a certificate of higher education through the Open University. With this, I entered a 3 year BA degree at a brick and mortar university. I completed two years of the course and am now in the process of dropping out of my third year due to a decline in physical and mental health. My 120 credits are also not entirely relevant to my other 240 credits (graphic design).

This may sound like an extremely stupid question but... what now? I won't be able to graduate third year at this university, but could I get some sort of qualification due to my prior studies? If so, would I apply for this through my current university, despite withdrawing?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

You're likely to be eligible for an "exit award" based on the 240 credits you've obtained at your current university. Quite what that will be is difficult to say, as you don't mention the name of that university. If you're eligible, you should receive it automatically - but it's worth checking during your withdrawal process.

Also, have you completed any third-year modules yet? If so, the associated credits will likely be added to the 240 credits from years 1 and 2 when deciding for what exit award you're eligible.

Finally, as your reason for leaving is due to "a decline in physical and mental health", have you considered requesting a suspension of your studies rather than a complete withdrawal? That would potentially allow you to get on top of your health issues and then rejoin the course in a year or so.
