KCL leniency? URGENT

I have an offer for English BA at KCL for AAA, but i think the highest I will be able to get is A*AB. will i still be accepted? are KCL lenient for my course? or should I be worried about not meeting the requirements.

If you're very concerned then either call or email the admissions office and they can check for you. I would think that it would be accepted but it's good to be sure.

KCL will only decide how flexible they can be when they look at this years results. It's not a year on year policy of being lenient or not.

What should I ask them? How many they accept that don’t meet the exact reqs?

They wont give you a clear answer. They will tell you something vague and noncommittal like 'sometimes', 'maybe', 'possibly' - all words that don't actually tell you anything meaningful. They dont know, they cant know, until A level results are released and they know how many 'near miss' applicants they could take to fill any spaces, or who they might accept.

Yes, you can risk KCL as your Firm, you might be accepted with 'below grades', but no-one can give you any sort of guarantee about that. Just make sure that your Insurance choice is more realistic, and is a Uni/course that you would still be happy to go to.
