International Student from English speaking country chances

Hello All, Im an American with 2 engineering masters degrees applying to cambridge and when I got a 2nd masters degree from Imperial I got Merit with Distinction, along with 7 years of academic publications I've been publishing since undergrad, first author as well in the field of robotic surgery, with 2 master theses. My first masters degree was as 3.7/4.0 and from the states. I also have work experience with the US government for AI model development along with being a lead software engineer in the Bay area with letters of rec from two Honorary Fellows at Imperial. How good are my chances? Also for context, applying for a PhD in AI. When Idid a cycle of applicaitons with Oxford in 2024, I got an interview for the hardest DPhil program they have to get into AIMS, butfailed the interview due to choking and self sabotage, and took time to revise what I needed to go over to make sure not to chokeon such. Overall, looking for chances with Cambridge PhD AI program, I already qualify based on their marks, and looked at what they require, but again have nerves. Thank you
