Do you want a career in Psychology or Psychotherapy (what type also)? What job do you want? These are not interchangeable terms and thus have often very different pathways.

From what I know, as long as you have a solid pass in maths and english. And you are able to find a college that will offer you 3 a levels or btecs, you can get into psychology in uni. I recommend checking the entry requirements for unis that you may want to go to.

As i said already this are not the same thing, psychotherapy does not always require a psychology background and vice versa. Psychotherapy comes in 100s of different streams and a lot do not require Psychology or a degree at all.

Okay but the way you are using them interchangeable does not suggest that. The reason I am being strong on this is that a lot of people do a degree in Psychology which often is not needed for a psychotherapy career, so just wanted to make sure you understand that the distinction is very important. I dont want you to waste time and money on something you may not need.
