Hi everyone,
I was recently shopping for a meal deal at spar (can't afford tescos) when I saw a young man hiding an iceberg lettuce under his jacket and attempt to run out without paying for it. As someone with a strong moral compass, I couldn't bear to witness this violation of the peace in our society, so I stuck my foot out and tripped him over as he ran past me, causing him to tumble over and drop the lettuce, which was promptly put back on the shelf by the security guard, who then congratulated me for my heroic endeavours. After receiving a standing ovation from everyone in the shop, I paid for my meal deal and walked out the shop, where the young offender was waiting for me. He told me my actions would have consequences and that I had no right to interfere in his "important work". I thought nothing of it, and went back to university for some lectures. However, when I went back home, there was a big red X on my door and I received a postcard with a black hand painted on it, marking me for death. I looked around to see if the person who painted the X was still there and I saw 2 men point finger guns at me, similar to that one scene in Better Call Saul, the hit TV show in which the transformation from struggling lawyer Jimmy McGill to the man who puts the "criminal" in criminal lawyer, also known as Saul Goodman, is explored in a great amount of detail. Am I in danger? Or am I the danger? What do you guys think I should do? I'm really scared and my mum told me she doesn't love me.
Thanks,
Samir
