Oxford/Cambridge University: Studying Abroad

Hello!

I was just wondering, does anyone know if either Oxford or Cambridge offer study abroad options with courses and if they do can you chose where to study or are there specific options depending on the course/degree etc??
I've always dreamt of studying English Literature at either one of these universities, but it's also always been one of my biggest dreams to study abroad too (specifically in either South Korea or Australia) and is probably one of the most important aspects for me in choosing a degree/course etc, so I worry that these two big dreams of mine may conflict if neither Oxford or Cambridge offer study abroad options......
I did try to have a search myself but I was just getting confused tbh, so I thought I'd ask here and also see if anyone else has actually gone through a similar issue or has experienced studying abroad with either Oxford or Cambridge if they even have that option.

Thankyou :-)

There are certain degrees that involve a year abroad (those involving languages) but you can’t generally spend a year studying abroad as part of an Oxford degree. Certainly not for English literature.

Only languages offer a year abroad.

In addition to modern languages degrees, Law with Law Studies in Europe offers a year abroad. For example, law with French law involves a year in France.

Cambridge has links to Harvard and MIT for some non-language degrees?! 😧 So, why can't Oxford have links with Yale and Princeton? 🙂 lol

Some colleges have exchange schemes with American universities.
