Cambridge/Oxford University: Studying Abroad

Hello!

I was just wondering, does anyone know if either Oxford or Cambridge offer study abroad options with courses and if they do can you chose where to study or are there specific options depending on the course/degree etc??
I've always dreamt of studying English Literature at either one of these universities, but it's also always been one of my biggest dreams to study abroad too (specifically in either South Korea or Australia) and is probably one of the most important aspects for me in choosing a degree/course etc, so I worry that these two big dreams of mine may conflict if neither Oxford or Cambridge offer study abroad options......
I did try to have a search myself but I was just getting confused tbh, so I thought I'd ask here and also see if anyone else has actually gone through a similar issue or has experienced studying abroad with either Oxford or Cambridge if they even have that option.

Thankyou :-)
I can't talk about Oxford but I can give you a run down on Cambridge.

In short, not really unless you do a language. If you do MML or AMES (the two language courses, focusing on mostly European and Asian languages, respectively), your third year will be spent abroad in a country that speaks that language. Otherwise, it's not really a thing as part of your degree.

However, with that being said, our holidays, especially in summer, are very long, from the beginning of July to the beginning of October. Those three months can easily be spent abroad, and I know a couple of students who have done teaching or internships abroad. Your college may also be able to help with travel grants.

Edit: HML (History and Modern Languages) also lets you but that's a very similar situation to MML.
