University accommodation - StudentRoost Review

Hi all, just wanted to give a review of my experience in Student Roost Accommodation as I have seen a few posts regarding staying with this company.

Personally, I have loved every moment, it seems a lot more sociable than standard halls and they always have random events and things on. I.e. this weekend they are bringing a dog onsite for a few hours just to give people something to do and they can chill with it. They also do pastry mornings which are free and other events such a movie nights in the common room.

They are very quick to solve any problems (usually same day) and they are great at everything from just being people to talk to, to helping you with printing.

I couldn’t recommend this enough, and this is all my own review - nothing from student roost has prompted this post, simply just want to give my recommendation as I know so many students are looking for new accommodation this year. They are all over the country as well and have some great deals such as £500 off the rent which I used last year and it makes a difference when you compare, compared to university halls.

The only disadvantage that I have found is that due to GDPR and being private they can’t tell you who’s in your flat before you move in, however I didn’t find this an issue as you can request people if you have mates staying there and everyone is so friendly that you’ll have a great time.
