Can I use petroleum jelly as a skin lotion for my whole body, especially now because it’s winter and my skin gets very dry irritated due to the cold?!

Nah petroleum jelly doesn’t add moisture to your skin it’ll just lock if whatever is there already. If I were you I’d try going in with a good moisturiser (a good heavy duty one is diprobase) and then if you want to lock that moisture in then going over with something like petroleum jelly or maybe a body oil. But make sure to wash it off well to prevent build up and clogged pores x
