Argument
I feel really bad now I've thought about it more, my boyfriend was coming to pick me up after work at 10pm and I usually wait outside the store in the carpark, he was at his parents which is down the road. I said bye to my colleagues and 2 of them which are guys asked if I was waiting for my lift and I said I was waiting for my boyfriend he's only a few mins away and they said they would stay until he got there. My boyfriend came and now all I can think of is he saw me with 2 other guys waiting for him to come instead of just walking upto where is parents live. I feel wrong about it the more I think as I just wasn't thinking. How would you feel as a boyfriend and I feel like I did but was that the wrong thing to do?

I don't think you should beat yourself up about this, your colleagues were just making sure you're safe and not alone late at night, so I'm sure if you have a chat with your boyfriend and put it into that perspective he will appreciate that you were safe and not alone.

Presumably your BF knows that you work and interact with guys? Surely a good thing that they were empathetic enough not to want you hanging around by yourself at night.
