Looking for someone to continue my 6 month tenancy in Stoke-on-Trent, message ASAP if interested.

Room available is 1 Double bedroom out of 5 in a house that is 4 minutes by walk away from University of Staffordshire. Each room comes with a TV with already paid TV license.

Price is £390 all bills included. Kitchen, dining tables, dishwasher and washing machines all included.

Would ideally want to confirm a replacement tenant before 07/03/2025, and move out after then on a preferably close timeframe.
