poor attendance at Southampton university?

im a first year law student who has extremely bad attendance for mental health reasons and im too scared to come out about it. ive missed 67 lectures/tutorials and im worried I will be kicked out. I have not received any formal or informal warnings from anyone so im unsure what will happen. I have passed 2/3 of my summative. one failed because of a timing issue and bc I didn't get extra time... not really my fault and I have extra time for future exams but I digress. the other modules I have a 3rd almost at a 2:2 as I am 2 percent below , a and a 2:2. what could this mean for me?

If you're haven't so much as received an informal warning, and are getting good grades (which you are) then it likely means nothing for you.

They clearly aren't monitoring your attendance, and you're doing well despite not attending so many lectures.
