Eligibility for student loans as a tier 2 visa dependent.
Hi I’m a dependant to a tier 2 visa in the UK and want to know if I’m eligible for student loans. I have seen on the UKs student finance website that if I have lived in the UK for three years, I’m eligible for a student loan. Is this true? Any information on this is beyond appreciated. Please help me out here. Also if not then am I able to get a loan from a bank and pay it off instead of student finances.
