Hi
@pinkcupcakes1,
We’re really sorry to hear that you’re starting to lose confidence, but please don’t be too hard on yourself. You still have 100 days to make progress 😊 Sometimes, it’s just about adjusting your approach to make each revision session that little bit more effective.
Rather than trying to cover everything equally, focus on the areas where you struggle most. Go through past papers, mocks, and practice questions to identify the topics that need the most attention. It might also help to take a quick quiz to figure out what kind of learner you are (whether you learn best through visuals, practice, discussion, or writing things down). Once you know, you can tailor your revision techniques to suit you best.
Another great place to start is the programme specification, which lays out exactly what you need to know. Breaking it down into a checklist can help you track your progress, and your teachers might be able to guide you in making sure you’re covering everything important.
It’s also important to balance study with breaks ☕️ it’s easy to fall into the trap of working non-stop, but giving yourself time to recharge actually helps you retain information better. Try studying in 45-minute chunks, followed by a 10-minute break, so you stay focused without burning out.
We know it can feel discouraging when your grades don’t seem to improve, but progress isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes, things just click after a while! Keep going - your hard work will pay off. You’ve got this 💪
Best wishes,
Clare
