For peoples who has their birthdays on February 29th, Leap Day, how do they celebrates their birthdays since that date happens only every four years, how they celebrates it this year?!

Well, it's not a leap year this year. But when it is, those born on 29th February would typically celebrate it on 1st March, or potentially on 28th February.

My friend was born on the 29th and most times she celebrates her birthday on 1st March or sometimes 28th Feb, It depends on what day she choses since she can't celebrate her birthday on the actual day.
