Anyone quit a postgrad to do another one?

Hi, I'm just looking for some advice.

I'm very unhappy in my teacher training postgraduate, but I've discovered that I'd like to go into careers development and do that at postgrad level at another university. But i'm worried that if I quit this course, the other university might think I can't handle it and not take me on.

Has anyone ever quit a postgraduate course at one university, only to go and do a different one at another?

How are your grades so for for the teacher training programme? If they are decent then along with a change of subject it would be less of a concern.

The other issue would be funding.

Not very good to be honest. They're both a 3rd. As for funding, I've already accepted that I won't get SF so I'll have to self fund.
