Go to a library or stay in school for longer to revise outside of home. I helps me some much!

I struggle with the same problem from time to time. But just shut down your phone, keep it farrr from you. "What if theres emergencies?" Give your close people your email, lock in. Remember, motivation gets you up, discipline keeps you going

Hello there!

It’s great that you are revising every day! It shows real dedication, even if distractions sometimes get in the way.
You are not alone!

Try using the Pomodoro technique, where you study for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minutes break.

Another tip is to create a clear revision plan with small, specific goals for each session. For example, you will revise a specific topic or do 10 questions from a specific topic.

Having a to-do list you can tick off makes your progress feel more real and rewarding, which can keep you motivated.
You can also try different methods, such as mixing flashcards, past papers, mind maps, or explaining topics out loud to yourself or someone else. Variety keeps the brain engaged.

To deal with distractions, try to revise in a quiet space, and put your phone on Do Not Disturb mode or leave it in another room if you can.
If you are studying on a device, limit the number of tabs or apps open and consider using website blockers to stay on task.

Try to study with a friend over a video call, so you both stay accountable.

Be proud of the effort you are already making, and keep going step by step.
You’re doing better than you think, and your hard work will pay off!

I hope this helps!

Kind regards,
