same personal statement?

Hi

Im currently applying for both cognitive neuroscience and neuroscience at UCL, I was planning to only slightly tweak my personal statement between the two, but wondering if thats okay and if admissions team will think I put no effort into changing the statements? I dont know if im supposed to make a whole new statement despite the fact that the courses are relatively similar...

Any advice? appreciate the help

I think it's OK.

Put it this way. You demonstrated good understanding on the main themes of the subjects and ability to differentiate the specialisation. So if put together both PS would be good works.

i was in your place last year and the struggle was real (i got all of my offers in the end) but honestly theres not one way to do a personal statement, so long as you have content that spans from both subject areas i dont think it particularly matters, id recommend looking at the course specs on the UCL websites and tailoring parts of your statement/ private research toward that. Not to mention you can only apply with one personal statement (i think?). Either way dont stress it too much, if you have your predicted's its likely youll receive an offer )
