Not in a week. And if you eat a protein-containing diet daily, you won't less than ever.

You won't lose muscle if you take a week off lifting while doing cardio and maintaining a healthy diet. 💪It often takes two to three weeks or longer to lose muscle, especially if you maintain a sufficient protein intake. Cardio plus a healthy diet will keep your fitness on track, and a quick break can actually aid in recuperation and prevent overtraining. Therefore, taking a week off from lifting is completely safe and will not harm your muscles.

Not noticeably, although you might lose a bit of strength but will be recovered very quickly. I've taken months off and got back to my level relatively quickly, a week off shouldn't do too much harm.
