Hi, Moving from CDE to ABB in Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry is absolutely possible, but it will require focus, determination, and a solid plan. Start by identifying your weakest areas in each subject—whether it’s specific topics, exam technique, or time management—and tackle those first. Create a realistic revision schedule, breaking your study into manageable chunks, and use active revision techniques like flashcards, past papers, and teaching the material to yourself. Don’t hesitate to ask for help from teachers, tutors, or online resources if you’re stuck. Practice past papers under timed conditions to get comfortable with the exam format and learn what examiners are looking for. Stay consistent with your efforts, even if it’s just small study sessions each day, and remember to take care of yourself—sleep, eat well, and take breaks to avoid burnout. Most importantly, believe in yourself! Improvement takes time, but with hard work and the right mindset, you can absolutely reach those ABB grades. Good luck—you’ve got this!

Hii, I'm also a resit student and got CCD last year and did psych, chem and maths so am in a similar situation. You can definitely do it, I need those grades too, as long as we learn from our mistakes and don't give up we can definitely get those grades. As the other person who replied said, make sure to do lots of past papers, but make sure you know content first! For chem, I go through videos and do exam qs bit by bit, and for psychology last year I made like essay plans for every topic, so 6 marks of a01 and 3 paragraphs of a03 all condensed onto one page so everything is there and it doesn't feel too overwhelming. Wishing you the best of luck with your studies and exams

I think it's definitely possible especially for chemistry because I was also getting around low C for chemistry but I got A without any support of teacher on the result day. The most important thing is go over the year 12 content even though you have gotten a decent mark because you need to have a good understanding of Year 12 content to ace Year 13s. And you really have to put a great amount of time on memorisation. If you memorise the whole content well I guarantee you will at least get a B for chemistry. Do as much questions as you can and go over the content multiple times so that you don't forget them. I hope you get the grade you want!
