Can I do a level 3 extended certificate in uniformed public service and security

I am currenlty 17 in my final year at 6 form. I was just wondering if anyone had an idea about if i can do 1 more course at college instead of 6 form. I wasn't sure on what i wanted to do so i went to 6 form doing forensic science and crimial investigation, applied science and health and social care and it wasn't untill I started criminal investigation that i knew this is something i wanted to do. However, I'm working towards applying for a degree apprentiship/apprentiship within policing i.e PC or DC. But i want a chance to gain new skills that i need for the course to allow me to understand the process more as the course i want to apply to meets what i want.
