Have you ever seen your full name on the internet?

I saw my full Chinese name being published on a web page, showing the list of winners in Maths Olympiad competitions in HK. That was on a page from 2014, but I also found my name on other pages with the same URL.

I can't believe that the page wasn't deleted at all!

Have you ever seen a similar case?

Yes. Athletic association, strangely that I was not on any basketball association because women highschool basketball did not have any association when I was there. I didn't go pro after highschool. Athletics have even the U15 registered.
I hate my full name, so whenever I have to write my name I use the shorter version.
