URGENT advanced higher maths or French

I am choosing my subjects this week. For higher I am doing chemistry, biology, maths, English and French.

I want to study medicine or dentistry for which they require 3 advanced higher at BBB or 2 advanced higher and a crash higher.

there are no other highers that interest me so I want to do 3 advanced higher.

I am 100% choosing biology and chemistry but I am torn between maths and French.

I failed the first half of my maths prelim and then got 85% in the next one which gives me a B in prelim. although I failed first one the teacher is happy with me choosing it for advanced higher as clearly I panicked in the prelim and blanked. (I got A1 in nat 5 maths and I get A on higher maths pp). However in French I always get A1 and over 80%. I am aware that advanced higher French actually requires you to learn the verb and different tenses. I enjoy learning French and maths. But I am not sure what to choose. I got a A1 in French nat 5)

A1 is the equivalent to a 9 at GCSE.

any S6 or anyone really please give me some advice.

Hi,
Which universities are you looking to apply to? Many of them don't actually require 3 AHs - just 2 will suffice. With regards to Maths or French, which one do you prefer/find more interesting? Medicine can be quite stats based at times, so maths would be helpful in that sense. However, if you believe you may achieve better in French, I would just go with that. It is all up to your personal opinion, especially as it doesn't really affect or hinder your chances of getting into uni
Hope this helps 🙂
