as a woman i don’t really think being 18+ and still not having done anything is a red flag i think it would probably be a red flag in another 10 years ☺️

I wouldn't worry too much about this - I was a slow starter in this respect and I've never had any bad encounters even with more experienced partners. If you find someone with whom you have a connection, any lack of experience when the relationship becomes physical shouldn't be an issue. If you are worried about it, being open with the other person about your experience (ideally you would trust one another enough to be moving ahead with a physical relationship anyway) may help to alleviate any concerns. They may be in the same or a similar boat!

It’s not a red flag at all. There are some people that in their teens are very attractive and socially competent and relationships easy to come by. But for many this is not the case and the opportunity to attract a partner develops more slowly, with changing circumstances and experience. I had much more luck at work than at uni. Its probably not helped by everyone hoping to play well above their league

2 things about both kissing and sex is that you pick up the basics very quickly (often seconds) and you don't particularly need to broadcast that you've done neither. I get there is a bit of anxiety but it'll be over before you know it, it's more of a stream to jump than a mountain to climb.
Someone not doing either till 20, 30 whatever might be a question, but not specifically a red flag imo. It would be a big assumption, in the same vein as 'this person is single, there must be something wrong with them'.

Their post title suggests it will be a 'red flag' at some age. They are implicitly labelling SOME of those people who've never been kissed/virgin as a 'red flag'. Even though nearly every serious criminal has been kissed and isn't a virgin and some are very promiscuous.
