Business SL Internal Assesment

Hello, I am currently working on my Business SL ia which is a commentary on a specific problem or issue of a real firm. Here is the question I have chosen: Is Coca-Cola's strategy of reducing added sugar and promoting low- and no-calorie beverage options influence its financial performance

I found this topic really interesting, however, I have NO IDEA on how to approach the problem, what business analysing tools to use, what to write, etc. Please tell me what you think about my chosen question and if you have any ideas on how to analyse the problem please write it down.
