My journey has been defined by turning challenges into opportunities and embracing every chance to grow both personally and professionally. My hands‐on experience as a Customer Service Employee at Go Abroad Foundation—as well as my leadership roles in various volunteer projects—has allowed me to witness firsthand how effective management can transform an organization. These experiences have fueled my passion for Business Administration, a field that I believe is the cornerstone of economic development and organizational success.

I chose to pursue Business Administration because it perfectly blends theory with practical strategies that drive innovation and efficiency. Working directly with diverse teams and coordinating services taught me not only the importance of strong interpersonal skills but also the power of effective leadership. My roles have involved managing inquiries, streamlining communication between clients and service teams, and ensuring that operational goals are met with excellence. These responsibilities have instilled in me a drive to deepen my understanding of market dynamics and to develop innovative management techniques that can create tangible improvements.

Academically, while my formal education provided me with a solid foundation, it is my practical experience that has shaped my perspective. Volunteering as a Deputy Director in Human Resources and contributing to various community initiatives allowed me to develop critical skills such as time management, organizational leadership, and creative problem-solving. Complementing these experiences, I have pursued certifications in graphic design, time management, and foundational HR practices. These credentials not only validate my skills but also demonstrate my commitment to continuous self-improvement and academic excellence.

Looking ahead, my ambition is not confined to earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
