muslims only - tips to balance studying and worship during ramadan?

assalamu alaikum and ramadan mubarak everyone! i hope you all are doing well and are making the best use of this holy month. i would love to know if you guys have any tips or advice on balancing your deen/worship and studies during ramadan as i’m currently feeling very burnt out trying to maximise my time on both (as well as taking care of myself) 🥲 currently doing chemistry, psychology, biology and welsh bacc as-levels (all under the wjec exam board).. i’m also struggling with my sleep schedule and trying to incorporate exercise into my day as well; it feels all too overwhelming 😭 i immensely appreciate your time to read this and or respond to it; jazakallah khair! may Allah (swt) make it easy for all of us to become the best versions of ourselves throughout this month, bring barakah into all of our lives, forgive our sins and accept our deeds, inshaa’Allah 🤍 P.S : keep me in your du’as please, so i can pass my exams with the best grades inshaa’Allah, may Allah (swt) bless you all 🥹💗

im in the same situation as you. i do biology, chemistry, maths and an EPQ, and i'm currently working on my EPQ report and trying to revise biology and maths today. its so tiring and my sleep schedule has become even worse than it was before (as if that could even happen hahah). ive decided to study about three to four hours after iftaar (ideally). ive scheduled to spend the last hour before sleeping and the hour after suhoor in worship. lets see how that works out

same here with the epq except with welsh bacc instead which is kinda the same but like 😔😔 way too much work 🥲 i've tried studying after iftaar but when we go for taraweeh it ends late and i go to sleep so i don't miss my sleep over studying but then when i try to study while fasting, i find myself with a lack of motivation or when i try to study after suhoor, i end up having 0 focus because i feel sleepy/tired and the cycle just repeats 😭 can't win out here ㅠㅠ kinda scared tho bc exams are in around 2 months and i am NOT prepared 😕

Girl I am in the same boat as you! But we need to remember this month is all about sacrifices and so even though it may be a struugle inshaAllah God will reward you for your patience and struggles.
I totally get what u mean tho cuz I feel like when I wake uonim tired and thenbjgbet home from school and I want to sleep and then after jftar I get maybe 1 - 1/2 hours of studying (if I kept up to date w Quran) and then after its taraweeh alhandillah and Im just ready for bed. BUTT
The solution (I think) is the morning. I'm also going to try so indhallah it works for you and anyone else who may try but if you the night before get a good sleep like right after taraeeh you go to bed no phone or anything then u wake io for suhoor around 3-4 you can pray fajr and then sit down and study even if its just for 20-30 minutes its better than nothing and increase the time as days go on and then you can even take a nap before school for example u finish praying at 5 and you need to be up at 7 study till 6/6:30 and sleep for the rest of the time. And after school spend the 1-2 hours before iftar resting and reading Quran and I'd u have 30 minutes u can do some revision and then make sure to spend time with family as well inshallah during idtar and then after you can study for like a good 1 or 2 hours depending on how much you e done and then orsy tarweeh and then sleep and repeat. (I have not really done this yet so it may be too much)
You should be able to get maybe 2-3 hours but obviously this schedule its too much daily so I would spread it throughout the week and in the weekend u have more time to study and can get lot more than just 2/3 hours

Also alhamsillah woman get a break during their period so definitoy utilise that week and get a bulk of studying done!!

heyy eid mubarak queen! to avoid burn out i tend to do about 2-3 hours after school and split my weekend into 2 sessions:morning and evening where i may do more work if i haven’t done enough revsion after school! to be honest i really haven’t done as much this ramadan so i know that i have to do more hours as the exams are soon help! welshbacc is literally my cause of death and this is what’s stopping me from doing more help😭😭
