Did AL French, English, Latin, ages ago.

Started serious revision about 3 weeks before A2's (kinda forgot to do it for AS ). I revised for about 1-3 hours per weekday and about 3 hours on the weekend.

Started off slow, maybe 1-2 hours every other day.
Nearing the exam I intensified , going as much as 4-5 hours.
I ended up getting an overall A in the A level course(As and A2) and did it in 1 year.

For AS, I didn't revise anywhere near enough. It probably amounted to a few days before the exams. I was lucky, and somehow ended up with good grades (AAABB). But I'm sure I could have got an A for History if I actually did some proper revision. I'm determined to do more this year, because it means so much more. There will be no resitting if I fail to get the grades
Heh. Same. Bloody History.

This last minute revision does definitely work - i am living proof I've got a **** long term, and very good short term memory. For my AS's i revised in the days leading up to the exam, i.e. 3 days and counting.

regarding 1 day revision...a bit more difficult, but if you have got a long concentration span, it is possible
