Southampton vs Manchester for Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Hi, i have received offers from both universities. Currently leaning more towards manchester due to the new engineering building. I would like to dive into cybersecurity and cloud engineering upon graduation. CANT DECIDE WHICH WILL BE BETTER FOR ME!!

I would recommend Manchester as the nightlife is better and the university is better for engineering than Southampton

Hi, congratulations on your offer!
If you are unsure about which university to pick, I found it helpful to attend offer holder days, and visit the universities and see what the area is like - you will be living there for 3 years! It also gave me the opportunity to speak to other prospective students and current students, and see their insight about each university I applied for.
Southampton university is great - and has a Electronics department - if you want to find out more about modules you can find them here.
