The exact date hasn't been announced yet, but applications are expected to open mid-March. You will need to submit your application by the end of May. You apply through the gov.uk website:

Hi @Jude Evans!
Yes as mentioned below, applications for student loans are expected to open mid-March. You do not need a confirmed place to apply for student loans and you can apply up to 9 months after the start date of your course! The link provided will give you more insight on the deadlines when applying https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-student-finance/when#:~:text=You'll%20be%20able%20to,academic%20year%20for%20your%20course.&text=You%20do%20not%20need%20a%20confirmed%20place%20to%20apply.
